  • Graeme Duncan

    President, Concordia International

    Graeme joined in 2015 as Global Marketing Director and UK Commercial Director.  His responsibilities include marketing and promotion activities throughout the group. Graeme brings a wealth of experience with him having worked for almost 20 years within the areas of strategy, marketing, commercial excellence and general management. Much of this experience has been within the life sciences sector. Notably Graeme has held senior management roles in GlaxoWellcome, GSK and IVAX within the pharmaceutical sector. Most recently Graeme was on the board of Healthcare at Home, the largest home healthcare company in Europe, where he was the Group Director of Strategy and Marketing. Having commenced his career within the UK, Graeme's experience includes international expansion and growth.

  • Adeel Ahmad

    Chief Financial Officer, Finance

    Adeel is the Chief Financial Officer and a Chartered Professional Accountant. Prior to becoming the Chief Financial Officer of Concordia International, Adeel was Vice President, Finance of the Concordia Healthcare Corporation from December 2013 to February 2016. Prior to joining the Corporation in 2013, he was the Chief Financial Officer of the Indian operations of Ingram Micro Mobility (formerly BrightPoint), based in New Delhi, India, from February 2012 to May 2013. Prior to his role at BrightPoint, Adeel held several finance roles of increasing responsibility with Nortel Networks from 2003 to 2012, based in Brampton, Ontario, Canada; Seoul, South Korea; and Beijing, China. He started his career in an audit function with Deloitte LLP in Toronto.

  • Karl Belk

    Senior Vice President, Global Pharmaceutical Operations

    Karl began his pharmaceutical career in 1985 as a Quality Control Analyst at Revlon Healthcare.  He has held a number of management positions in Manufacturing, Packaging, Supply Chain and Distribution, progressing to Operations Director on the Board of Teva UK and led Teva's UK plant in Eastbourne. Karl joined AMCo in 2012 and is accountable for the Supply Chain, Supplier Relationships, Quality, Regulatory, Technical and Operations divisions of Concordia International.

  • Paul Burden

    Vice President UK & Ireland Commercial

    Paul joined Concordia from Teva in September 2016 in the role of Vice President UK&I Commercial. His diverse commercial career spans 20 years beginning in 1996 at Smiths Medical Systems.   In 1998 he joined Novartis as a Brand Manager. In late 1999 he joined IVAX, where he lead both generic and branded marketing teams. In 2004 he moved to Merck Generics as Head of European Respiratory Marketing with responsibility for building the international commercial platform for a new respiratory portfolio.  In 2009 Paul moved into consultancy working as a Director at Fleishman-Hillard (an Omnicom communications consultancy), where he lead international programmes for Bristol Myers Squibb and Philips Consumer.   In 2011 he re-joined the industry joining Arrow Generics as Sales & Commercial Director. In 2013 he was approached by Teva taking on the position of Senior Director Generics, where had board level responsibility for the largest generics business in the UK.

  • Robert Sully

    Senior Vice President, Organisational Performance

    Rob worked for 11 years at the international law firm Jones Day before joining AMCo in 2011. As General Counsel during 2011-2016 he ran the legal, company secretarial and corporate communications teams within the International division, and was actively involved in all M&A. He also led the corporate integration projects: he was involved in the restructuring and led the rebranding of Mercury Pharma, was Integration Director for the merger of Amdipharm and Mercury Pharma during 2012-13 to create AMCo, and led the acquisitions and integrations of Abcur (Sweden), Focus Pharma (UK), Primegen (UK) and BnM (Australia) into AMCo. He is now leading the Group's integration projects, managing H.R. for the International division, and running internal & external Comms.

  • Simon Tucker

    Vice President, ROW Commercial

    Simon started his Pharmaceutical career as a Medical Representative with Pfizer Ltd in the UK. In 2000 he joined Goldshield and held various International Regional Management positions in the Middle East, Asia and Europe. He then joined the International division of Stiefel Laboratories with particular focus on the Middle East and Africa. Simon joined Amdipharm in 2006 and was instrumental in establishing its Latin American business.  In 2011 he became the Director of Alliance Management and in 2013 he was appointed International Commercial Director. The International business has a turnover of over £120 million and operates in 114 territories.

  • Susanna El-Armale

    Vice President of Business Development

    Susanna is the Vice President of Business Development and is responsible for defining and growing the global product pipeline, both organically and inorganically. Susanna manages a team in the London and Mumbai offices with the primary role to contribute to the pipeline by way of acquisition, in-licensing, product formulation development and the identification of new commercial opportunities for existing assets. Susanna started her pharmaceutical career in the US as a Medical Representative for Schering Plough and GSK and then moved to Barcelona, Spain in 2002 to work in senior business development roles with companies such as Farmaprojects (now Polpharma) and Matrix (part of the Mylan Group), who she helped to establish an international licensing franchise.
